My package was marked as delivered, but never showed up?

Usually, your package will show up within a few days to a week. Sometimes shipping carriers will mark packages as delivered a day or so before they actually are in order to meet quotas, so consider it a delivery window and keep an eye out for the delivery! Once the package has left our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for your package and delivery.

If your order is lost, shoot us an email at info@dlvronly.com and we will resend it to you! If your order is lost because you entered the wrong shipping address, however, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of having it resent.

What is the return policy for this product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Time Frame: You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Any item that has been used or damaged may not be eligible for return.
  3. Eligibility: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
